ReplyDeleteHelpful update—especially the reminder to submit new network account requests through SharePoint and give IT enough notice. The phased rollout sounds like a sensible way to manage the changes. “Take my online comptia exam” is a very different kind of challenge, but preparation and planning matter there too.
